Il giudice Robert J. Perry, della Los Angeles Superior Court, ha condannato a morte Reyon Ingram, 25 anni, nero, accusato di aver rapinato e ucciso, il 2 ottobre 2006, Derrick Kellum, 46 anni, e il figlio Octavius, 10 anni. Il coimputato Calvin Dennis era già stato condannato a morte il 31 gennaio (vedi).
