USA - Alabama. Il giudice Robert Smith ha condannato a morte Jerry Dwayne Bohannon

Il giudice Robert Smith della Mobile County ha condannato a morte Jerry Dwayne Bohannon, 51 anni, bianco. Bohannon è accusato, ed in parte ha confessato, di aver ucciso due uomini in una sparatoria all’esterno di un bar l’11 dicembre 2010. Le vittime furono Jerry Duboise Jr, 24 anni, e Anthony Harvey, 45 anni. Il fatto è stato ripreso dalle telecamere di sorveglianza. Bohannon sostiene di aver sparato per legittima difesa.
